Fast forward 2 and half years later and one of our bedroom windows cracked when it was slammed shut in the wind. We contacted Banbury windows and conservatives to ask about getting it fixed, we sent them the info they needed and they emailed us to say the window had arrived and they would be out to replace it free of charge.
