The Process

Initial contact

Made either by phone email or the contact form on our website where we will take basic details such as name and address and what you are interested in getting a quote on. We will organize a time/day to suit you for someone to come round to quote.

The quote

One of our colleagues will come out to take rough measurements of the items you would like replacing. They will talk you through options, such as opening style, materials and color among other choices. They will then return to the office to get your pricing and mock up drawings of your chosen products. These will then either be posted or emailed to you.

Confirmation

Once we have sent you your quote, we won’t chase, we will leave it in your hands whether or not you would like to go ahead. So if you choose to go ahead then please make contact with us. When you do we will organize and get your self-booked in for the next stage which is the sign and survey.

Sign and survey

For this step the original colleague that came out to provide you with a quote, will come out with one of our surveyors to double check all measurements so we have the final “make” sizes and configurations. This information will all be put on to one of our contracts for the original salesperson and yourself to sign.

The wait

The hardest part, waiting for your new home improvement to be installed. Our lead time varies through the year and can be dependent on product so at the sign and survey and survey stage they will be able to give you a better idea of the lead time.

Installation

One of our office staff will call to arrange a suitable installation day for yourself, our fitters normally arrive onsite between 8:30am-9:30am dependent on traffic and distance. For full houses of windows they will normally start on the upstairs unless otherwise specified. At the sign and survey stage our colleague will have made you aware of how long we expect the installation to take.

All done

When our fitters have finished they will make the office aware who will prepare your invoice the next day and post it out, to give you time to get used to your new home improvement.
