The Team replaced 5 doors for us and installed 3 new sets of patio doors for us too. Everything went extremely well from start to finish and we would always return back to them for future works. i highly recommend them for a good quality prompt and efficient design and install service and importantly competitive pricing. great job , very pleased.

We first had Banbury windows and conservatives when we converted our back sliding door to a door and window in 2018. they were brilliant and efficient and matched the bricks to our existing bricks really well. At the end of 2022 we called them again when we wanted new windows throughout our home and a new front door. They were brilliant and professional through out we booked in to have the work done in January 2023, however I was pregnant at the time and when we were due to have work done I was unfortunately admitted to hospital and had a premature baby and we had to postpone the work, Banbury windows and conservatories were very understanding and accommodating with our unfortunate situation. When we was able to we rearrange a date for them to come out. I was still in hospital so they worked around us and our time schedule was just amazing of them to do they didn’t have to do that for us.
Fast forward 2 and half years later and one of our bedroom windows cracked when it was slammed shut in the wind. We contacted Banbury windows and conservatives to ask about getting it fixed, we sent them the info they needed and they emailed us to say the window had arrived and they would be out to replace it free of charge. We wasn’t expecting that at all. Absolutely top notch service and after care from start to finish. We will always use Banbury windows and conservatories in the future.

Can’t recommend enough! Over several years Banbury have done the whole house, including unusual custom made. We keep coming back because of excellent service, great quality and the price is good.
